Suspect Qualifications
The resources industry has seen a rise in the number of fraudulent Certificates and Statements of Attainment provided as evidence of skills. This has a cost impost for the industry in retraining, vehicle and equipment damage and is a risk to the safety of the worker and their co-workers.
To assist you in protecting your business we are:
- Collecting examples and conducting initial due diligence
- Reporting them to our Industry Engagement contact at ASQA
- Publishing then for your information
If you wish to report a suspect credential please provide complete the following form and provide a copy of the document.

00072546 | Statement of Attainment (SoA) RIIMPO338E Conduct rigid haul truck operations | 13/11/2020 | The worker who presented this SoA at site failed the site challenge test. When questioned about the assessment process the worker advised they only completed a theory assessment. The only other evidence they were able to provide was a transcript of training from their previous site on which they were shown to be "under supervision". This has been reported to ASQA for investigation. |
