Safety and Rescue Australia (SRA) commenced operations in 1994 and have focused on delivering high quality, safety training for major projects and have serviced large, blue chip clients in the mining, construction, oil and gas and marine industries. As a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO # 4785), SRA delivers nationally recognised training courses and qualifications across Australia ensuring the quality and standard of training delivered is of the highest standard.|
SRA delivers to a nationally recognised standard which is highly valued throughout Australia. In attending SRA training, delegates can in turn enhance their career prospects, access recognition of prior learning and progress into higher education.
As an RTO, we apply a number of continuous improvement processes to ensure that we are offering our clients the best service. This includes formal processes to respond to our participant and client feedback.
Training and assessment continuous improvement is the result of actions taken in response to data collected within Assessment Validation Audits, Internal Audits and through Stakeholder Feedback Forms. Continuous improvement is driven by our participants and clients. Stakeholder feedback forms are available at all times to clients of SRA.
